I qualified in ETM (exercise to music) in May 2007, with the YMCA,which enabled me to teach group exercise such as aerobics.

A few years later I discovered Zumba and attended the training course in Holland to qualify as an instructor. I absolutely love the music from Zumba as it just makes you want to get up & dance!

Besides being the most fun class I have ever taught, it is also, most importantly, a great way to get fit.

When I teach I routinely burn off 600 calories per class, so its a great help with weight loss too, if that is your aim.
