New Classes

Morning All!

How was your Easter Weekend? I can't believe how fast it went!

So this 4 day week sees the classes running as usual. The new Fitness Pilates for Improvers starts tonight in Marlow at 7pm,so if you are ready to move on up from being a Beginner,this class is for you! Email me to secure your spot.£36.00 for the 6 weeks.

I am also looking at running a Fitness Pilates for Beginners class on Tuesdays,before Improvers from 6-6.45pm at All Saints in Marlow.It would be run as a 6 week course,starting in May.I will run a taster class so let me know if thats of interest.

This Saturday at 3pm I am doing a Zumba Demo at the leaving do of Nora,one of my Zumba Chair ladies.She is moving to a care home in Devon.I have a crew assembled,but if you want to join email me!! Its at Woodlands Park Village Centre at 3pm on Saturday,for about 20 minutes.
