Based on Latino Rhythms including Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Belly Dancing & more, Zumba puts the fun back into exercise. This dance fitness class will get those hips moving, even if you have two left feet!
 
Bridget believes exercise should be for everyone, whatever your age, size, or ability. She says we all want to live happy, heathy lives but sometimes exercise can be a chore.

Zumba puts the fun back into fitness because the music makes you forget its a workout!.

The class is more like a party, with good friends. You don't even need to be a good dancer; as long as you are moving, sweating & having fun, thats good enough for me!
